Today, we are bringing you a wedding full of bright colors at the Mediterranean-themed JW Marriott Las Vegas, which combines lush gardens and waterfalls. Gold, orange and red reigned over the color palette for Anindita & Aadhar’s South Asian wedding.
Aninidita wore a red and gold custom saree, complimented by lots of jewelry, and a mukut – a ceremonial bridal crown. Aadhar wore a traditional gold Sherwani and a topor.
The Bengali Hindu ceremony took place at the Edge Lounge, where a clash of contemporary and tradition combined for a beautiful celebration. Throughout the various rituals, the couple commits to remain faithful in front of the Fire God, the Agni. They walk seven steps together around the fire committing to marriage vows about their future life together.
The lush gardens at JW Marriott were the perfect place to stroll around for post ceremony photos.
The reception room featured rustic timber and vaulted round ceiling and was surrounded by windows. This magnificent place lined with columns is the Valencia Ballroom at JW Marriott. Golds and oranges stayed as the color palette and were now mixed in with pink uplights.
Anindita’s niece performed a classical dance as an evening opener, followed by a live musician. Traditional Indian food was served, including live stations. The dance floor stayed alive through the night as most guests hit the dance floor.
