I’m thrilled to share a few photos from Danielle and Joey’s Las Vegas wedding celebration.
Being a wedding planner herself, you could tell Danielle was superbly organized as she had most of the affair planned months ahead of the big day.
The morning started with the girls getting ready at the private MGM Signature, while the boys got ready at Mandalay Bay. They had an awesome group of friends, and it’s easy to see how much they appreciate having them around.
As they decided to save the big reveal for the moment when Danielle walked down the aisle, they selected different hotels for the preparation.
Danielle showcased a stunning ballroom gown and cathedral length veil, which was complemented by the bridesmaids floor length soft pink dresses. As a long-time Batman fan Joey showed off his cool Batman socks.
Prior to the ceremony, Danielle and Joey wanted to have a prayer together without seeing each other, just holding each other’s hand. It was such an emotional moment.
The ceremony took place at the classic St. Joseph, Husband of Mary, Catholic Church. The place offers a gorgeous interior with large stained glasses.
Following the ceremony, we snuck away for some photos at the architectural beauty of the Smith Center and its brightly colored sculpture. Ending with sunset photos of the newlywed at the Dragon Ridge Country Club and overlooking the cityscape. The exact location where the reception was held.
The pink and champagne color palette and dramatic up-lighting set the mood for a fun evening. The beautiful floral was artfully created by her aunt, a florist with the Mandalay Bay team. But the party wasn’t just about Danielle – she surprised Joey with a Batman cake, to give it a fun touch.
Their Grand Entrance was so entertaining. In the Chaldean culture, when the bride and groom enter the room they are handed a cane that is draped in fabric and bells. Family and all the guests form a line and dance behind them encircling the entire room, while the groom leads the dance. Everyone danced away for several minutes. To stimulate the senses even more, there was a belly dancer who put on an impressive show.
