We feel at home in nature. So it’s easy to say we were excited to meet Dillon & Milam and hear about their upcoming Mount Charleston wedding. Located just about 35 miles northwest of Las Vegas the Mount Charleston Wilderness, is part of the Spring Mountain Range and Toiyabe National Forest. It ranges from 2,000 to 11,918 feet at its highest summit, Charleston Peak.
Featuring forested alpine mountains and cool breezes, this place can be up to 30 degrees cooler than the Las Vegas Valley – the perfect place to escape the Las Vegas heat.
Dillon & Milam got ready together at a cozy and rustic cabin at the Mount Charleston Lodge. We strolled around the area for photos before the ceremony, and we were lucky to find a few spots left of fall color in the aspen trees.
They tied the knot with a sweet and simple ceremony at the Mount Charleston Lodge panoramic view balcony, surrounded by the pine forest. The reception was held at the warm and inviting wood framed lodge surrounded by large windows. The night was followed by dinner, drinks, and lots of dancing. Check out some images from the day.
